# Welcome to Terrapin

> A tour of the Credit Intelligence platform.

This guide walks through the main features of the Credit Intelligence platform and how to use them day to day.

<Note>
The platform is in **beta**. We welcome feedback as we build out the platform for municipal credit research. Reach us at [team@terrapinfinance.com](mailto:team@terrapinfinance.com) or via the thumbs-up / thumbs-down buttons on every agent response.

## Where you land

After signing in you land on [terrapinfinance.com/platform/screener](https://terrapinfinance.com/platform/screener). The left-hand sidebar has two navigation groups.

### Main

* **Screener**: filter the muni universe by structural attributes.
* **Deep Dive**: AI credit analysis per CUSIP or entity. Opens a chat against all disclosures for a single obligor; you can ask free-form questions or run a [prompt template](/platform-guide/prompt-templates) with `/run-prompt`. See [Deep Dive](/platform-guide/deep-dive/introduction).
* **Watchlists**: groups of CUSIPs and entities, usually organized by sector or theme, that you want to monitor or process at scale. See [Watchlists](/platform-guide/watchlists/introduction).
* **Data Tables**: a prompt-driven workspace that pulls a comparable matrix of metrics (revenue, debt service, DSCR, and so on) across every entity in a watchlist. See [Data Tables](/platform-guide/data-tables).
* **Surveillance**: a cross-watchlist event feed for everything happening on your watchlists. See [Surveillance](/platform-guide/surveillance).

### Templates

* **Prompts**: reusable prompt templates you can run on a single name in Deep Dive or across every name in a watchlist via assignments. See [Prompt Templates](/platform-guide/prompt-templates).

Every page has a persistent search bar in the header for jumping to a security or entity.

## Where to start

1. Read [Deep Dive overview](/platform-guide/deep-dive/introduction) to understand the core research loop.
2. Try a session on a CUSIP you already know. The [Sessions](/platform-guide/deep-dive/sessions) page walks through the UI.
3. Once a workflow is paying off, save it as a [prompt template](/platform-guide/prompt-templates) and apply it across a watchlist with an [assignment](/platform-guide/watchlists/assignments).
4. For end-to-end recipes, see [Common workflows](/platform-guide/common-workflows).
